Why can’t the server be contacted?

AnkerCam needs a stable Wi-Fi network with 500KB upload bandwidth to connect to the server. You may check if your Wi-Fi network is stable and strong enough . Or you can click Change Wi-Fi network to connect your camera to another Wi-Fi network.
